Does the digital switchover affect West Midlands?

The simple answer: YES. The digital switchover is a UK-wide initiative, scheduled to be completed by December 2025. New landlines will no longer be sold after September 2023 and by December 2025 hard landlines will be fully decommissioned.

Can you bundle landlines and broadband?

We specifically recommend that you do not bundle your landline with your broadband. Doing so will make it more difficult to switch providers if you want to. Broadband providers often bundle the landlines to blur the individual cost of each aspect to make it hard to compare.
