The process is simple...

  1. Take out a new broadband contract with your new provider.

  2. Leave your existing broadband in place until the new broadband is active. This ensures you have no interruption to your service.

  3. Place your order to port your landline to us (once your new broadband is active). We handle everything and your old broadband will be terminated.

Frequently asked questions...

Is this a broadband replacement service?

No, we provide a digital telephone line across your broadband connection.

Are all out of contract calls really just 2p per minute?

Yes.
Many providers present a really cheap (or even free) rate for landline calls, only to slap you with higher rates for mobiles. We believe in upfront honesty! Whether you call a UK landline or UK mobile we charge a flat rate - let's face it the majority of your calls these days are to mobiles.

Should I transfer my old broadband or place a new order?

We recommend that you take a new order for your new broadband. In this way you can leave your existing broadband running until the new broadband is in place. You then can initiate the port of your line to us which will also terminate your old service automatically.

What equipment do I need and do I have to buy it from you?

If you want to use your existing phone, you will need an adaptor. Alternatively you can buy a fully enable VoIP phone. You do not need to buy from us, you are free to buy from anywhere. We do offer very competitive pricing however.

What does the adaptor do?

It lets you still use your old phone. It manages the connection to our VoIP service. You  simply plug your phone into the adaptor and plug the adaptor into your broadband router.
