The process is simple...
- Take out a new broadband contract with your new provider.
- Leave your existing broadband in place until the new broadband is active. This ensures you have no interruption to your service.
- Place your order to port your landline to us (once your new broadband is active). We handle everything and your old broadband will be terminated.
