Whether your existing line is a traditional landline, or you already have a digital landline, you can transfer your existing number to our digital service seamlessly. You can even keep your regional dial code if you are moving out of area. Simply place your order and we will handle the transfer for you.

The process is simple...
- Take out a new broadband contract at your new address.
- Before you move, be sure to place your order to port your landline to us. Your number needs to be transferred to us before you terminate your old contract, else you might lose your number. When placing your order you can let us know your preferred switch date in the "Special instructions" section. We handle everything and your number will be ported automatically.

Will switching to you terminate my existing broadband?
If your landline is not digital yet, then yes it is highly likely that when you port your number to us, your existing broadband provider will terminate your services. This is why it is important to ensure you let us know your preferred transfer date.
