Yes, the digital switchover is a nationwide initiative affecting the whole of the UK, not just City of Dundee. After September 2023, Landlines as we know it will no longer be sold by OpenReach. By December 2025, the old Landline system (PSTN) will be decommissioned (the digital switchover), meaning any Landlines not switched to digital will stop working.
